Which pack to open

Open Deluxe Pack Mega from Deluxe Pack: Mega. Per opening it gives the most cards that winning decks actually play, led by Copycat, which is in 96% of tournament lists.

Each pack's score adds up every meta card it can contain, weighted by how often that card is played and by the real chance of pulling it. Shop promos like Professor's Research are left out. Different art versions of a card count as one card.
